Job summary

PT Yanfeng Automotive Interior Systems Indonesia is seeking a maintenance technician with at least 3 years in plastic automotive manufacturing. The role requires strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, heating, ultrasonic welding, and electrical I/O systems.

You should be able to read schematics and wiring diagrams and apply PM/TPM practices to keep utilities and equipment running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, analyze conditions, and participate in

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in plastic automotive manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Heating, Ultrasonic Welding, and Logical I/O systems.
• Proven strong problem-solving skills in electrical systems, with the ability to read schematic and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on knowledge of PM and TPM systems for utility equipment (Cooling Towers, Chillers, etc.)

• Perform preventive maintenance
• Check equipment malfunctions and perform daily maintenance
• Assess and analyze equipment condition, and take corrective actions
• Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new projects
• Check the factors affecting equipment safety, production efficiency and products quality, take corrective actions and monitor the entire process
• Ensure equipment operates smoothly throughout its lifetime
