Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in a supervisory or managerial role within shop or operations manufacturing industries, or a similar, relevant position.
• Good proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• This position requires managing the People, Quality, Velocity and Cost (PQVC) for the value streams.
• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team.
• Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that safety, and schedules and performance requirements are met, and system resources are used effectively.
• Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
• Ensures the compliance of all regulatory guidelines and fore logistics for a safe and sound manufacturing environment.
