The role requires 2–3 years in a similar hotel setting, strong English skills, and proven leadership. You will manage schedules, ensure quality, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in the same role within a hotel or similar establishment.
• Experience in a 4-star hotel or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proven leadership and staff development capability.
• Familiarity with hotel operations, SOPs, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and implement service recovery when needed.
• Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery in line with hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and procurement of supplies to avoid shortages or wastage.
• Ensure accurate billing procedures, cash handling, and daily financial reporting.
• Enforce company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations across all F&B outlets.
• Support the implementation of strategies to improve revenue, cost control, and overall profitability.
• Assist in menu planning, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members, kitchen staff, and management regarding daily operations and updates.
• Conduct regular briefings and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
