Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Well-groomed, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates currently residing in Bali are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and feedback professionally.
