Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our local distribution in North Sumatera. Based in Pematangsiantar, you will drive performance across General Trade and Modern Trade, and oversee sales executives and distributors to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years FMCG experience, strong distributor networks, and proven skills in online selling strategies. This role offers an on-site position within a fast-growing beauty brand with a vibrant culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor (General Trade and Modern Trade).
• Strong understanding of online selling strategies and execution.
• Proven experience managing distributors, agents, and resellers.
• Solid knowledge of territory management.
• Background in FMCG or beauty industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building team and distribution network in the area.
• Supervise the activities of sales executive and distributor/agent/reseller to meet sales target.
• Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and a customer base.
• Willing to be placed in the North Sumatera area, with a home base in Pematangsiantar.
