Job summary

App Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead daily sales operations across all channels GT/MT within Denpasar-based Balinusra coverage. You will drive revenue growth, motivate the sales team, and implement promotional programs while overseeing budgets, stock, and distribution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in FMCG sales at manager level, and excels in communication, negotiation, and presentations. Willingness to travel within the Bali region is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Sales FMCG at manager level.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
