Job summary

PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk seeks a capable sales leader to oversee the distributor-based sales force across DB, MD, SMD, SPG, and motorist teams in the Subang region. The role requires guiding territory development, whitespace analysis, and strategic planning to drive sell-in and market share growth.

You will collaborate with HO, TM areas, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of the sell-in/sell-out processes and achieve set targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong leadership skills.
• Familiar with Subang, Jawa Barat area.
• Preferably an Area Sales Supervisor specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales force team, including DB sales personnel, MD, SMD, SPG, and motorist teams at the distributor level and within the assigned area.
• Act as a bridge between the business needs and the distributor, ensuring collaboration to achieve 100% of targets.
• Manage area development by territory management, whitespace analysis, and PJP to enhance sell-in, sell-out, and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with HO team, UCI, TM area, logistics, store/account managers, agencies, finance teams, and other parties supporting sell-in and sell-out processes.
