Erajaya Active Lifestyle in Jakarta is seeking an experienced senior sales professional to lead retail and B2B targets from our Landmark Pluit cluster. You will analyze performance, plan routes, and drive market initiatives to meet ambitious sales goals.

You will monitor forecasts, develop customer plans, and coach dealers to raise service levels and closing rates. Comfort with field work and a target-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry and B2B experiences.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Target-oriented, excellent service provider, hardworking.

• Analyze, evaluate, and improve the achievement of senior sales targets, including current sales targets versus target value
• Create and monitor route plans and daily sales targets (closing/assigned)
• Analyze the market and create sales plans/forecasts based on targets
• Analyze potential areas
• Handle customer issues or problems
• Provide regular coaching and mentoring to dealers regarding sales issues and field reviews
