Job summary

PT Kapal Api Global is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales in Bali and surrounding regions. You will drive distributor performance, ensure strong product presence, and oversee GT/MT focus product launches with travel to field locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in FMCG sales management, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and leadership abilities. Travel is frequent to support field operations and market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in an FMCG company.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in managing and supervising distributors, including main distributors and sub-distributors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willing to travel frequently for field visits.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned area (Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Papua).
Ensure strong product presence, including good distribution and in-store display of Agel products.
Develop NPL (New Product Launch) and drive the performance of focus products across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).
Monitor and manage the performance of FB branch distributors and sub-distributors, including outlet coverage (OC) and execution of programs in the field.
Execute Below The Line (BTL) activities, including 3A (Awareness, Availability, Activity) to support sales growth.
Provide insights on market opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities in each region.
Lead and develop the team (ASPS & ASPG) to improve performance and achieve targets.
