Godrej Consumer Products Indonesia is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth in Kudus, Central Java. The role focuses on expanding GT channel coverage, improving distributor performance, and leading field sales activities.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in FMCG sales, experience with GT channels, and a strong grasp of distributor management. The position requires willingness to be stationed in Kudus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Area Sales/Sales in FMCG.
• Experience with GT channel selling.
• Willing to be placed in Kudus, Central Java.
• Knowledge of Distributor Management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Increase sales performance within the area (GT & Mix).
• Maintain sell-in and sell-out, distributor performance in the area.
• Monitor performance of field sales team (salesmen).
• Analyze and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients/distributors in the assigned area.

Job Description:

Increasing sales performance within the area (channel GT & Mix).

Maintaining sell in, sell out, distributor's performance in specific area.

Monitor the performance of field operation team (salesman).

Analyze and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with clients / distributors withing assigned area.

Job Requirements:

Min. 2 years’ experience as Area Sales Supervisor or any sales related role in FMCG company is mandatory requirement.

Experience with sales in GT channel.

Willing to be placed in Kudus, Central Java.

Having a good knowledge of Distributor Management.
