Job summary

JTI is seeking an Area Distributor Executive in Indonesia to implement our distribution strategy by collaborating with local and national distributor partners to achieve sales targets within designated coverage. This role focuses on distributor operations, trade marketing collaboration, financial governance, and people management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supervisory sales/distribution or trade marketing, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office and presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervisory sales/distribution or trade marketing.
• Experience with distributor partnerships and field execution is a plus.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Implement distributor operations management: standardize route and coverage, monitor performance, maintain stock and service levels, build partnerships, and streamline processes.
• Lead Trade & Field Marketing collaboration with FME to boost product awareness and sell-out in targeted territory.
• Oversee Distributor Financial Operations: ensure compliance with finance policies and due diligence for distributor partners.
• Manage People: coach and develop the team to deliver required productivity and outcomes.
