LIXIL is seeking a sales/BD specialist in Jakarta to influence architects, engineers and designers to specify LIXIL products in building projects. The role focuses on promoting products, delivering technical insights, and shaping project specifications through strong industry relationships.

You will lead presentations, coordinate with sales, marketing and technical teams, and monitor projects from design to construction to ensure product specifications remain in documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of specifier exposure in building materials or construction.
• Ability to develop and execute a business development strategy.
• Strong networking with developers, architects, contractors.

Responsabilités

• Promote LIXIL products and build relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, and engineers.
• Introduce and recommend products so they are specified in project documents.
• Deliver technical presentations and seminars to developers and architect firms.
