Job summary

OPTIMUS is seeking an Architect & Digital Designer to translate briefs into drawings, 3D models, renders, and compelling presentations. The role is on-site in BSD, requiring full-time commitment and a keen eye for detail.

You will develop architectural concepts, prepare plans and sections, create visuals, and support proposals and project documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and rendering tools is essential, along with strong digital content capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Familiar with rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, or V-Ray).
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented, coachable and comfortable with revisions.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in BSD.

We are looking for an Architect & Digital Designer who is detail-oriented, visually strong, and able to translate briefs into drawings, 3D models, renders, presentations, and digital content.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts based on project briefs.

Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Create 3D models, renders, diagrams, and presentation boards.

Support proposal, technical presentation, and project documentation.

Assist with digital content, branding, packaging, and visual materials when required.

Use AI tools to improve design exploration, visualization, and productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

1-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Familiar with rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, or V-Ray.

Good understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design.

Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

Detail-oriented, coachable, reliable, and comfortable with revisions.

Willing to work full-time on-site in BSD.
