Job summary

OPTIMUS is seeking an Architect & Digital Designer to translate briefs into drawings, 3D models, renders, and compelling presentations. The role is on-site in BSD, requiring full-time commitment and a keen eye for detail.

You will develop architectural concepts, prepare plans and sections, create visuals, and support proposals and project documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and rendering tools is essential, along with strong digital content capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Familiar with rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, or V-Ray).
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented, coachable and comfortable with revisions.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in BSD.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts from project briefs.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Create 3D models, renders, diagrams, and boards.
• Support proposals, technical presentations, and project documentation.
• Assist with digital content, branding, packaging, and visuals as needed.
• Use AI tools to enhance design exploration and productivity.
