Job summary

Concepts Conveyed Studio in Bali seeks a talented 3D visualization specialist to produce detailed models from photos and moodboards, with strong UV texturing skills. Proficiency in SketchUp is required and you will be tested during orientation; you should have a keen eye for scale, proportion and detail, plus knowledge of architecture and construction drawings.

Fluent English, ability to multi‑task multiple deadlines, solve problems, and quickly adapt to a fast paced, innovative, tech‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, landscape, or interior architecture.
• Proficient in SketchUp; orientation test will assess accuracy and scale.
• Solid understanding of architecture drawings and construction documentation.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with clients and team.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D models from photos and moodboards.
• Apply UV textures to assets with precision.
• Propose building positioning and landscape adjustments as needed.
• Interpret site plans, elevations, and drawings and incorporate notes.

Job description

Producing 3d model based on existing photos and moodboard

Proficient in UV texturing means having a strong understanding and skill in creating 3D models for texture mapping

Positioning proposed building (if any), proposed landscape design and any changes

Interpreting site plan, elevations, sections, detail drawings, etc. of the design and keeping up with any written, drawn, or recorded notes.

What We’re Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree (S1 equivalent) in architecture or landscape architecture or interior architecture

Proficient in SketchUp – will be tested in orientation period, candidate must have a keen eye for scale, proportion and detail

Possess general knowledge in architecture and construction drawings

Problem solving skills, attention to detail, able to adapt in fast-paced environment

Fluent in English (reading client’s written markups, listening to videos of client’s comments. Candidate also needs to be able to convey any questions related to the project)

Ability to multi-task and working towards multiple deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

The ability for quick thinking & clear communication

Highly motivated to learn new skills
