Job summary

ParagonCorp seeks an experienced Architect/Interior Designer to develop architectural and interior design concepts and documentation for diverse projects in Tangerang. You will conduct site analyses, coordinate with structural and MEP teams, and prepare precise drawings and specifications for execution.

A portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required. With at least five years of experience, you will ensure design feasibility, refine details, and drive integration across project stages,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural/interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
• Portfolio of relevant architectural/interior design projects required.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and design development aligned with project requirements and standards.
• Conduct site analysis and visits to identify opportunities, constraints, and technical considerations.
• Coordinate design integration with structural, MEP, and other disciplines for feasibility.

Main Responsibiilties

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and design development aligned with project requirements, functionality, and design standards.
• Conduct site and existing building analysis and site visits to identify design opportunities, constraints, and technical considerations.
• Coordinate design integration with structural, MEP, and other relevant disciplines to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Prepare detailed design deliverables, including drawings, material specifications, DED, and other design documentation required for project execution.
• Support design refinement and technical coordination throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the design is aligned with agreed requirements and implementation conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and/or interior design, preferably in commercial, workplace, retail, or industrial projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, interior design, space planning, material selection, and design development.
• Able to develop design concepts, technical drawings, DED, and design documentation.
• Strong ability to coordinate with Structural, MEP, Construction, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong visualization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Portfolio of relevant architectural/interior design projects is required.
