Job summary

PT Tradecorp Indonesia seeks a skilled Architect to create and develop 3D models of architectural designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and other tools, delivering high-quality renderings to communicate concepts to clients and teams.

You will collaborate with senior architects, designers and project managers, prepare drawings and specifications, stay current with industry trends, ensure models meet standards, and join immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of architecture experience.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit, esp).
• Proficiency in rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent).
• Solid knowledge of architectural design and construction techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of 3D modeling and rendering work preferred.
• Immediate availability.

Job description

Create and develop 3D models of architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or other relevant tools.

Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project managers to implement design ideas and make necessary revisions based on feedback.

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and permit applications.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices for 3D modeling and visualization.

Ensure that all 3D models and renderings meet company standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and functionality.

Prepare and participate in design presentations, both internally and externally, to effectively communicate project concepts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Experience minimum 4 years as an architect

Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software Revit (esp)

Proficient in rendering software, such as V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work is preferred.
