Job summary

PT. Health And Aesthetic Solutions in Indonesia seeks a licensed or eligible architect. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3–5 years of professional experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or commercial projects is required; Bali or Lombok experience is highly preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential, with strong 3D visualization using D5 Render, V-Ray, or Lumion. A solid understanding of Indonesian building regulations (PBG, RDTR, zoning) and a portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and licensed/eligible to practice in Indonesia.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or commercial projects.
• Experience in Bali or Lombok is highly preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio showing built projects (not design-only).
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop projects from concept design through construction detailing.
• Coordinate with contractors and multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and permits.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and legally licensed/eligible to practice in Indonesia

3–5 years of professional experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or commercial projects; experience in Bali or Lombok is highly preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

Strong skills in 3D visualization and rendering, preferably using D5 Render, V-Ray, or Lumion

Good understanding of Indonesian building regulations and permits, including PBG, RDTR, zoning, and related local regulations

Strong portfolio demonstrating both design work and successfully completed/built projects — not design-only portfolios

Able to develop projects from concept design through construction/detailing

Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and coordination with contractors

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
