Job summary

STUDIO17 in Bali, Indonesia invites an experienced Architect to join our team in Badung. The role focuses on developing creative architectural concepts, drafting detailed plans, and coordinating with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality designs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Architecture, are licensed or eligible, fluent in Indonesian and English, and have at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect or eligibility is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of architecture experience.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software required.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Create 3D models and high-quality renderings to communicate design concepts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, budgets, timelines, and building regulations.
• Revise and improve designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Conduct site visits and provide design support during construction.
