Job summary

Aura Clinic Lombok is seeking a licensed Architect with a bachelor's degree in Architecture to join our Lombok-based team. You will work on residential, hospitality, villa, and commercial projects, from concept through construction, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional experience, Bali or Lombok project exposure, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and strong 3D visualization skills using D5

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and legally licensed/eligible to practice in Indonesia.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or commercial projects.
• Experience in Bali or Lombok is highly preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong skills in 3D visualization and rendering, preferably using D5 Render, V-Ray, or Lumion.
• Good understanding of Indonesian building regulations and permits, including PBG, RDTR, zoning, and related local regulations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design work and successfully completed/built projects.
• Able to develop projects from concept design through construction/detailing.
• Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and coordination with contractors.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
