Facetology is seeking an AR Staff in Jakarta to join our growing beauty brand. You will manage invoices, monitor AR balances, and support month-end close with accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1–2 years of AR experience, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software. This on-site role offers collaborative teamwork and opportunities for process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review customer invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collection.
• Reconcile AR transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records including payment terms.
• Communicate with customers on outstanding invoices and issues.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Identify process improvements to improve AR efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
