JAPFA Banjarbaru is seeking a diligent Finance Staff to support Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. You will process and reconcile AR invoices, monitor overdue accounts, and communicate with customers to arrange payments.

This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, plus solid Excel skills and familiarity with AR software. You will prepare AR reports, assist month-end close, and help maintain accurate records in a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable invoices and payments.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
• Prepare and submit regular AR reports to management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Adhere to company financial policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned.
