You will monitor collections, coordinate with sales and finance, perform reconciliations, and support month-end closing while maintaining organized records and compliance. Excellent Excel skills and experience with SAP/Oracle are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 1–3 years experience in AR/finance accounting.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, MYOB).

Aufgaben

• Create and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately and on time.
• Verify sales orders, delivery orders, and purchase orders before invoicing; send invoices via email or WhatsApp.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments; contact customers for collections.
• Prepare collection reports and cash flow forecast from receivables; reconcile customer payments.
• Support month-end closing activities and assist audit requirements.
