Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, and to build robust RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise integration.

You will collaborate with AI engineers to add AI-powered capabilities, integrate third-party APIs, and ensure security, performance, and scalable architecture across environments, while following Agile practices and maintaining technical docs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs or external services into backend applications.
• Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD processes.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, or similar Java AI frameworks (nice to have).
• Experience implementing RAG, vector databases, AI agents, or LLM APIs (nice to have).

About you
