TEH Group Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Digital Delegate Acquisition professional to drive attendance for technology events across APAC. You will identify and engage technology professionals and decision-makers, inviting them via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and social media.

This role emphasizes English communication, CRM proficiency, and teamwork with the Delegate Acquisition and Event teams to meet event targets.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience in digital outreach, telesales, lead generation, recruitment, business development, or event marketing is a plus
• Confident communicating with professionals through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and social media
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups
• Able to engage professionally with Managers, Heads, Directors, and C-level executives
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with CRM and digital tools

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage relevant technology professionals and decision-makers.
• Invite and engage prospects through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and social media.
• Build relationships with potential delegates and understand their professional interests.
• Follow up with prospects and convert invitations into qualified event registrations and attendance.
• Maintain accurate prospect and delegate information in our CRM.
• Work closely with the Delegate Acquisition and Event teams to achieve event targets.
