ShopBack is seeking a regional CRM leader to drive engagement and retention across Asia-Pacific. You’ll define the regional CRM strategy, partner with country marketing leads, and scale personalization across markets to unlock growth and lifetime value.

This role requires a technical CRM expert who can balance big-picture thinking with execution, influence stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior marketers while delivering data-driven campaigns in a fast-growing digital commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management experience.
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on data-driven campaigns.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Advanced analytical skills for translating insights into actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across regions.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the regional CRM strategy across APAC.
• Act as trusted advisor to country marketing leads for localized campaigns.
• Establish playbooks and governance for consistent CRM execution.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Tech to shape tooling and personalization at scale.
• Lead regional performance reviews and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Champion innovation and scale successful CRM initiatives across markets.
• Build stakeholder relationships with senior leaders in marketing, product, and commercial.
• Coach and mentor junior marketers to elevate regional CRM capability.
