Brenntag is seeking a Process Safety Manager to lead APAC-wide PSM strategy, develop training, and coach project teams across chemical operations. The role drives KPI tracking, audit programs, and regulatory compliance to safeguard personnel, assets, and the environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring site teams, conducting robust investigations, and collaborating with global PSM standards. Fluent English required; CSP is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, distribution, or bulk liquid terminal operations.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management systems (e.g., OSHA PSM, CCPS).
• Experience in audits and incident investigations within chemical operations.

Aufgaben

• Formulate and drive the regional PSM strategy aligned with global HSE objectives.
• Oversee deployment and continuous improvement of PSM elements (PHA, LOPA, SIS, MI, MOC, SCE, PSSR).
• Lead country HSE staff for investigations of process safety incidents and loss-of-containment events.
• Develop and execute regional PSM audit schedules and ensure action closures.
