Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Manager (CSM) to drive intense customer focus and successful delivery of Lifecycle Service products for government clients. The role involves managing contracts, forecasting, and coordinating with partners and sales teams across the South Asia sub region.

You will develop service account plans, build trusted relationships, and ensure P&L and receivables targets are met while traveling as needed within the designated region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing complex, large scale programs and team delivery.
• Experience delivering mission-critical radio communications projects.
• Experience leading large, cross-cultural multi-skilled teams.
• Previous divisional management experience.
• Financial, commercial and budget management experience.
• Comfortable interfacing with international teams (EU/US).

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused management of Motorola Lifecycle Service products.
• Manage government contracts and ensure successful delivery of service offerings.
• Lead and coordinate with external delivery partners and internal Sales teams.
• Develop account plans and strategies; chase contract renewals and proposals.
