Job summary

Fullmotion, an Indonesia-based e-commerce growth agency, is seeking an analytical and proactive Store Manager to oversee multiple client stores and drive sustainable growth. The role combines store performance, listings optimization, marketing, operations, and customer experience across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, bol.com, Amazon, Shopify, and similar platforms.

You will work hybrid from Bali, coordinating with our team and clients in Europe, and you’ll report insights, identify opportunities,

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• English reading and writing skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Takes ownership and communicates clearly.
• Commercially minded with a results focus.
• Experience with e-commerce or marketplaces, incl. Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, bol.com, Amazon, Shopify.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Notion and Canva are plus.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales and store performance across client stores.
• Analyze KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage product listings and optimize titles, descriptions, and content.
• Coordinate listing improvements with the design team and ensure compliance.
• Plan promotions and campaigns; support CRO and product positioning.
• Oversee operations: inventory, stock issues, launches, and smooth daily runs.
• Monitor customer reviews, identify issues, and report insights.
