Job summary

AnyMind Group is seeking an e-commerce operations professional to manage day-to-day store activities across multiple platforms in Jakarta. You will oversee pricing, product data, and promotional campaigns while ensuring adherence to merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and delivering insightful reports. The role requires 1–3 years in e-commerce operations and strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or similar role; e-commerce experience mandatory.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to drive store performance and revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, principals, and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada) is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and coordination.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce stores and ensure merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with Account Executive to set up pricing for new SKUs and ensure product information is up to date.
• Support promotions planning and execution across e-commerce platforms.
• Stay updated on platform campaigns, tools, and policies and propose relevant opportunities.
• Monitor store performance daily and take action to maintain stability and reputation.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, design, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports and insights on store performance and campaign results.
