Job summary

PT ALS Indonesia is seeking a Technical Sales Chemist to promote and sell analytical testing services from our Bogor facility. You will bridge laboratory capabilities with client needs, build long-term relationships, identify service expansion opportunities, and provide expert technical guidance to clients.

Ideal candidates have a Chemistry-related bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in technical sales or a lab setting, with strong communication and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science.
• 2–3 years in technical sales, sales engineering, or lab environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry and testing methodologies (ISO 17025 knowledge a plus).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients.
• Conduct technical presentations of analytical testing capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance on testing methods and QA protocols.
