Job summary

PT ALS Indonesia is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth in South Sumatra and beyond. The role focuses on expanding the client base, forming strategic partnerships, and contributing to commercial success within the Environmental Testing sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, strong communication skills, and fluency in Indonesian and English. Travel within the region is expected as part of business development activities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development or sales in the region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in Environmental projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with Oil & Gas, Power, Pulp & Paper, Agriculture sectors.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in Environmental Testing (Water and Air).
• Report pipeline status and sales forecasts to senior management.
