This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic airport environment.

The Role

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Lead and supervise front-of-house and service teams to maintain premium hospitality standards.

Support the General Manager in driving operational performance, guest satisfaction, and business objectives.

Ensure consistency in service, cleanliness, presentation, and guest engagement across all lounge touchpoints.

Coordinate closely with culinary, F&B, housekeeping, and support teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Manage shift planning, staffing levels, team deployment, and productivity in a fast-paced airport environment.

Handle guest feedback, requests, and service recovery promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, airport regulations, safety requirements, and service standards.

Conduct regular operational checks to maintain the required standards of service and presentation.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall guest experience.

What We Need From You

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within luxury hospitality, premium lounges, hotels, resorts, or other high-end service environments.

Strong operational focus with a hands-on leadership approach and excellent attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.

Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of F&B operations and premium hospitality service standards.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Professional appearance with a strong commitment to service excellence.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Previous experience in airport hospitality or international hotel operations is highly advantageous.
