Job summary

TP Indonesia, Bali site is seeking an experienced Trainer with an airline industry background to join our team in Bali. You will deliver training for airline customer service teams and onboard new hires, developing engaging materials and sessions.

Ideal candidates have GDS familiarity, strong English (C1), and the ability to work onsite in Bali by 8 October 2026. This role is a hands-on trainer position within our Bali operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Training/Trainer role.
• Familiar with GDS systems.
• Experience in airline/aviation industry.
• Experience training customer service teams, preferably in a BPO or airline account.
• English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for airline customer service teams
• Facilitate onboarding and product/process training for new hires
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees
• Monitor trainees' progress and identify areas for improvement
