Job summary

PT Hygan Filter Indonesia is seeking an Engineer specialized in Air Pollution Control (APC) systems to analyze industrial processes and select suitable technologies.

You will perform engineering calculations, support sales with technical clarifications, prepare proposals, deliver client presentations, and coordinate with project teams through fabrication and commissioning. Diploma in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering required; 2–5 years APC experience and NFPA/ISO knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Air Pollution Control (APC) systems
• Experience with Dust/Mist/Fume collectors
• Understanding of NFPA dust explosion standards
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to estimate costs for APC projects

Responsibilities

• Analyze industrial processes and select APC technologies
• Perform engineering calculations (airflow, pressure drop, duct sizing)
• Provide technical and cost support to sales
• Prepare proposals and client presentations
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors and subcontractors
• Support during detailed engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning
• Act as technical problem solver for site non-conformities

Education

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Bachelor's degree preferable
