Job summary

PT Adi Teknik Karya Bakti in Jakarta seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer to design, implement, and maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with at least five years of HVAC design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT, and strong communication in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HVAC design/engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC components, refrigeration cycles & thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in CAD tools: AutoCAD, REVIT; familiarity with HVAC modelling software.
• Experience with energy simulation and thermal analysis; knowledge of local Indonesian codes & ISO/ASHRAE.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; strong communication in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
• Perform feasibility studies and thermal load calculations for proper sizing.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate HVAC systems.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain project records and documentation throughout development.
