Job summary

PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk is hiring a Project Engineer to plan, design, and oversee fire protection systems across multiple sites in Indonesia. The role requires coordinating with drafters, preparing site-ready documents, and ensuring NFPA standards and local regulations are met.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3+ years in related field, and strong English, AutoCAD, and MS Office skills. Willingness to travel outside Jakarta is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; fresh grads welcome.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Experience in Mechanical and/or Piping (MEP) is preferred.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) with TOEFL 500+.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project work plans against targets.
• Perform calculations and engineering design for fire fighting systems.
• Direct drafters in applying designs into working drawings.
• Prepare engineering documents to commence work at sites.
• Conduct training on installed fire fighting systems at projects.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and NFPA standards.
• Monitor project scope, cost, and schedule; manage multiple projects as PM.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues; manage manpower effectively.
