Job summary

Dart Global Logistics seeks an experienced Air Freight Manager to lead import and export operations in Jakarta. You will ensure efficient, compliant, and profitable air freight activities while delivering outstanding customer service and guiding a high-performing team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years in air freight, with at least 3 years in supervision. Knowledge of IATA rules, CargoWise, and ERP systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in air freight import and export operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, IATA regulations, customs procedures, and aviation security requirements.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding or ERP systems.
• IATA Dangerous Goods certification and experience using CargoWise will be considered added advantages.

Role Description

Lead and manage air freight import and export operations.

Ensure smooth end-to-end shipment execution and operational excellence.
