Job summary

Tokenomics Digital Tech Corp is seeking a Mid-level Operations & Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day data center and compute infrastructure operations in Indonesia, ensuring SLA compliance and leading the local operations team.

Candidate should have 5+ years in data center/infra ops, 2+ years in people leadership, and strong vendor and local regulatory knowledge, with proficiency in English and Indonesian (Chinese a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years in data center / infra ops.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Solid understanding of IDC, power, cooling and network infrastructure.
• Proven local team and vendor management capability.
• English and Indonesian working languages; Chinese is a plus.
• Local data center ops and team management experience in Indonesia.
• Familiar with localisation matters such as BPJS and employment compliance.
