Ku Creatives is an AI-powered ad creative production floor serving international clients. We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead and supervise the editing team, QC each deliverable, and ensure brand guidelines across accounts.

This leadership role bridges clients and the creative team, ensuring projects stay on time, feedback is clear, and outputs meet Ku Creatives' high standards for quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing or motion graphics (SMK, D3, or Bachelor's Degree).
• Hands-on experience as a motion graphic designer or video editor in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics for various media, especially Social Media (short-form video).
• Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance the video and motion graphics.
• Use AI tools (MakeUGC, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, Higgsfield) to generate AI UGC videos, animated character ads, and AI product visuals.
• Polish raw AI-generated content into launch-ready ad creatives (color, sound, pacing, transitions).
• Deliver the final product in the desired format and meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with video editing trends, AI tools, and ad creative best practices.

Ku Creatives is an AI-powered ad creative production floor that produces for Bear Grylls, Fortune 500 agencies, and 70+ creative teams worldwide. We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead and supervise our editing team, QC every deliverable before it reaches clients, enforce brand guidelines across multiple accounts, and serve as the main point of contact for clients from brief to final delivery. Ku Creatives only serves international clients.

This is a leadership role. You'll be the bridge between clients and the creative team, making sure projects run on time, feedback is communicated clearly, and every output meets Ku Creatives' quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics for various media, especially Social Media (short-form video)
• Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance the video and motion graphics
• Use AI tools (MakeUGC, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, Higgsfield) to generate AI UGC videos, animated character ads, and AI product visuals

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Proficient in video editing software, including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Solid understanding of pacing, colour, sound, and storytelling through video
• Creative thinker who can work independently and also contribute well in a team
• High initiative and does not need to be reminded to get things done
• Good at managing time and meeting deadlines consistently

Practical Requirements

• Must have your own laptop that is capable of running editing software
• Available to work onsite and able to join within approximately 1 week
