Job summary

Dyna Air in Indonesia is seeking a project and operations professional to monitor progress of initiatives and ensure timely delivery, including POC projects and pre-sales support for quality assurance.

You will develop and optimize operational strategies, leverage internal tools, and coordinate across departments to resolve customer issues with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese (mandatory) and proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in banking, consumer finance, or fintech preferred.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Job description

2.Ensure the success of POC (Proof of Concept) projects, assist in pre-sales to maintain POC quality, and independently troubleshoot and resolve potential project issues

3.Develop and continuously optimize operational strategies based on internal and external requirements

4.Proficiently use internal operational tools and, when necessary, coordinate with various internal departments to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

1.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (Mandatory), English and Bahasa Indonesia

2.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher

3.Industry Experience:

(1)Priority given to candidates with user operation experience in banking, consumer finance companies, or fintech industry

(2)Preference for candidates with client-facing project implementation experience and those from the AI voice product sector

4.Analytical Skills: Strong logical and data analysis capabilities

5.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability skills.

6.High stress tolerance and the ability to manage multiple tasks
