• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-caliber sales and pre-sales team to ensure top-tier performance and career growth.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with C-level executives across key sectors, enhancing business opportunities and client satisfaction.
• Formulate and execute innovative sales strategies that underscore our products as leading solutions for the legal and finance industries.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate client feedback and align product offerings with market demands.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in sales in IT software product, especially with substantial experience in legal technology, finance, or professional services.
• Demonstrated success in building and steering high-performance sales teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the legal industrys challenges and client needs.
• Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and high-stakes presentations.
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
