Job summary

Speakly AI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations in Indonesia. You will define delivery plans, coordinate resources, and drive adoption of new product delivery processes to ensure smooth deployment.

As primary liaison, you will manage documentation, coordinate internal teams, and ensure successful acceptance and handover to Customer Success. Experience with banking fintech projects and Mandarin proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Delivered at least 3 complete project lifecycles for banking or large financial institutions
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency required
• PMP or project management certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for client implementation
• Develop, organize, and review project-related documentation
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate handover of annual deliverables to CSM after delivery
• Allocate internal resources to maintain efficiency and quality
• Drive projects toward final acceptance and sign-off from clients
