Job summary

UATAS is seeking a bilingual translator and project coordinator to bridge Indonesia and China teams, providing Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia translation for meetings, documents, product requirements, and technical discussions. The role supports Product and IT teams in coordinating ongoing projects with the China team.

You will support Product and IT teams in coordinating and monitoring projects with the China team, track progress and deliverables, communicate requirements and UAT results, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Communication, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years in Mandarin translation, project coordination, Product Operations, IT, or related field.
• Experience with China-based teams is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT products, UAT, and project management.

Job description

• Provide translation and interpretation support for meetings, documents, product requirements, technical discussions, and business communications.
• Support Product and IT teams in coordinating and monitoring ongoing projects with the China team.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and follow up on outstanding tasks and issues.
• Assist in communicating product requirements, system enhancements, bugs, and UAT results to the China team.
• Support Operations, Product, and IT teams during product/application launches, improvements, and implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure project requirements and updates are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting minutes, project status updates, and follow-up reports.
• Perform other translation, coordination, and project support tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, with good English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mandarin translation, project coordination, Product Operations, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working with China-based teams is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT products, applications, UAT, and project management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the technology or fintech industry is an advantage.
