AI Rudder, a Singapore-headquartered conversational AI company, is seeking a results‑driven leader to manage key accounts in overseas markets from our Jakarta office. You will coordinate data analytics, deliverables, client presentations, and issue resolution while ensuring timely, high‑quality work and clear Mandarin and English communication.

This role offers frontline exposure to global projects, cross‑functional collaboration, and the chance to shape strategic client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years leading teams in overseas markets

Work arrangement: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Managing key account project management tasks such as preparing project workbook, client meeting presentation deck preparation, prepare usecaseand etc.
• Accomplishing key account project deliverables such as data analytics work, key success metrics analysis, robot issue troubleshooting and etc.
• Responsible and detailed in the task, can manage workload in a fast pace and pressure environment and can ensure the quality of the work delivered in the confirmed timely manner.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing teams in overseas markets
• Successfully handled Key Account of IT/AI projects
• Global strategic view, professional Mandarin and English communication
• Strong in business data analytics skills, can solve issues independently
• Responsible, hands on, and work harding
• Working experience in AI or SaaS industry (nice to have)
