Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience in healthcare/enterprise systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Business or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, System Analysis, AI/Technology Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in business process and system analysis.
• Good understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, including use cases and limitations.
• Able to translate business problems into technology/AI requirements.
• Experience working with technical teams on software, data, or AI projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthcare, HIS/EMR, or other complex enterprise systems is a plus.
