Job summary

BitHealth is seeking an AI Product Specialist to bridge business needs and AI technology. You will translate business requirements into practical AI solutions with technical teams, focusing on healthcare processes and enterprise systems.

You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work with AI engineers and data scientists to evaluate use cases, design solutions, and drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Product, BA, System Analysis, AI/Tech Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in business process and system analysis.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for AI implementation and improvement.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Work closely with business users, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and other technical teams to develop AI solutions.
• Evaluate proposed AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and user needs.
• Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of AI-powered solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the AI project lifecycle.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve AI solutions.
• Prepare documentation, process flows, requirements, and project updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, System Analysis, AI/Technology Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in business process and system analysis.
• Good understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, including common use cases and limitations.
• Able to translate business problems into technology/AI requirements.
• Experience working with technical teams on software, data, or AI projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthcare, HIS/EMR, or other complex enterprise systems is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
