Job summary

PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) seeks a capable Business Analyst to support AI initiatives in Jakarta. You will gather and translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI adoption opportunities.

You will prepare BRDs and functional specs, ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and strong English communication, with prior experience in AI projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years in Business/Systems Analysis, Digital Transformation, or AI projects.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of AI concepts and business applications.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.

• Support the Team Leader in AI development, implementation, and enhancements.

• Support the Team Leader in the development, implementation, and enhancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable system requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, challenges, and opportunities for AI adoption.
• Provide recommendations and advisory support on AI-related solutions that align with business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, and supporting project documentation.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization through technology solutions.
• Analyze business and system requirements related to AI-enabled applications and platforms.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet business expectations, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between Business and Technical (IT) teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project execution, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives for AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks, policies, risk management requirements, and internal standards.

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Having minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Digital Transformation, Technology Solutions, AI projects, or related areas.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, including excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, technologies, and business applications.
• Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop functional specifications and process documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in technology-driven projects.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
