Job summary

SALT, a Digital Transformation Company, is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge business vision and production-grade AI-enabled solutions in Indonesia. The role focuses on discovery, architecture design, and governance for an agentic product with complex healthcare insurance workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and DPDP/HIPAA-aligned security practices.

The candidate will engage with senior stakeholders, map business capabilities, and guide MVP implementations leveraging GCP

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of LLM, RAG, HITL, and multi-agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed plans of sessions and agendas for discovery during forward planning
• Lead and facilitate forward planning sessions, posing discovery questions to understand business problems and engage senior stakeholders
• Facilitate discovery workshops to outline business vision, objectives, and value hypotheses
• Collaborate with the Customer team to conduct Business Capability Mapping to identify which specific business processes will be disrupted or enhanced by the new platform
• Work with product managers to understand vision and scope
• Design the platform and architecture that solve Customer's business problems while making pragmatic tradeoffs based on product availability, delivery timelines, and cost
• Leverage technical expertise in RAG, HITL and multi-agent platform design to architect the MVP implementation and design flows, including complex integrations
• Establish a Security & Privacy architecture to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Act as a trusted technical advisor by building key relationships and understanding market trends in healthcare and insurance industries in India
• Work with platform factory and feature factory pod teams, building trust and influencing senior stakeholders toward better decisions
