Job summary

Shopee is seeking a data-driven AI Product Manager to lead end-to-end AI initiatives within Regional Operations. You will shape use cases, define requirements, and shepherd projects from concept to rollout, collaborating with Ops and Product teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AI analytics or product roles, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for experimentation. You will drive adoption and monitor AI impact across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, IS, CS or related field; master's advantageous.
• At least 2 years in AI analytics or product management.
• Experience in product management, operations, or AI/automation projects, ideally with LLM-based solutions.
• Translate business processes into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Ops, Product, and tech teams.
• Curious, pragmatic, and eager to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI solutions end to end from concept to rollout.
• Measure and govern AI performance with metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Scale successful initiatives regionally and share best practices.
